I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were standard, lacking a good view and facing a noisy wall, which was quite disappointing. However, the service was top-notch, especially Desak who made our stay truly memorable. While the location offered a touch of nature, it felt a bit removed from the center of Ubud, requiring transportation for convenience. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, which was a nice touch to our stay.
